Trick is, I have to continue the 10km running training and build up to swimming a fast 2km as well as getting my bike out again.
Today I started on the swimming since my legs still hurt from climbing. 40 lengths, 25 minutes. It's a start - It's half way there!

mid summer - longest day - same thing but different - and I thought you'd be swimming down in the creek....

The Creek is not deep enough. The river at work has too much sewage effluent in it for my liking (though the tourists seem to enjoy it). The lake is probably still a little cool and the sports centre is closer. Is all.
