5:28 p.m. - Today I ran

for 25 minutes. I don't have a clue how far... and I walked a bit too. Then I wrapped 6 loads of shelving before leaving for work - now - approximately 12 hours after I got up this morning.

Yawn.

Where's my pay rise?
